We offer a variety of delivery services, using a variety of couriers to ensure the best rates for you. Please see below for full information regarding deliveries. Please note, we make no profit from our delivery rates, which ensures that you get the best possible price. Ensuring Fast Dispatch

To ensure a swift and efficient dispatch, we do ask for customers to leave their vehicle registration number (UK number plate). For non UK customers, please provide as much information about your car as possible, and any information relevant to the item. The minimum we would need is Make, Model, Year of Registration and Engine Size. Depending on the item you are purchasing, information such as Engine Code, Brake Disc Size, ABS, etc will also be helpful.

If no information is supplied, we will send the item you have purchased. As there may be more than one option available for the part you require, we cannot be responsible for any fitment issues that may arise as we couldn’t have checked suitability. Please note, in this instance we would ask that you cover return postage.

If you have supplied your vehicle details, and there is more than one option available, we will make every effort to contact you. If we are unable to get in touch, or the information requested isn’t supplied, we shall hold the item. After 24 hours, we will dispatch the item that you have ordered.

We also request that a contact number is left when placing your order. This is so we can contact you if there are any issues and also for our courier.

Failure to provide a contact telephone number and vehicle registration may delay your order delivery date.

 

Same Day Dispatch

We have a network of branches across the Midlands, so if we do not have the item in stock at our online warehouse, we can quickly get it from another warehouse local to us. We aim for same day dispatch on all items ordered before 3pm, provided that the item is available at our online warehouse. Any items ordered after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

 

UK Mainland

All UK Mainland (UK Zone A) deliveries are dispatched on a standard 2 – 3 days courier service, which is free of charge. We also offer a 24 hour delivery upgrade for just £5*, and a Saturday delivery service for £10.

*Please note, 24 hour delivery doesn’t guarantee next day, it simply means when the item is ready for dispatch, it will be sent on a 24 hour service – we do of course aim to have it with you as quickly as possible. 24 hour delivery is only available for UK Zone A customers.

Please allow 1-2 extra days for dispatch if you place on order on a non-working day (Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday).

You will be given the choice to upgrade to a 24 hour courier service or a Saturday delivery service upon checkout. Please bear in mind that this does not mean you will receive the item the next day. This simply means we will place the item on a 24 hour courier once ready for dispatch. Our 24 hour courier service is not available for UK Zone B orders.

Please note, a surcharge may be applied for any items that are overweight (25kgs) or bulky. We will contact you prior to dispatching your order, and to confirm any charges.

 

Europe (EU Countries)

We have a dedicated courier for all of our international customers. This enables us to provide competitive rates for our customers. All rates in the table below included import taxes, charges, duties or clearance costs. If any extra charges are applied, we shall not be liable, and will inform you as quickly as possible.

If you are outside of Europe (EU), we can still dispatch an item to you in most cases. We have a dedicated courier for all of our international customers. This enables us to provide competitive rates for our customers.

Prices below are split in to prices for “up to 5Kgs” and “up to 10Kgs”. If your item exceeds 10Kgs, we will package your order as efficiently as possible into multiple packages and charge the relevant amount.

If your country is not listed above, please contact us prior to placing your order. Our courier may not deliver to certain excluded countries. If your country is one of the excluded one, we shall of course contact you to let you know. You can of course arrange for your own courier to collect an item from us. Please contact us prior to placing your order.

Deliveries During Holidays

There may be delays over holiday periods, as couriers, manufacturers and other 3rd party companies may be closed, or operate shorter hours. If you are in urgent need of any part during any holiday period, we always suggest contacting us prior to placing your order to avoid any dis-satisfaction, or delays.

In the event of a Public Bank Holiday, please allow an additional 1 – 2 days for your item. During the Christmas and New Year period, please allow up to 5 days extra for delivery. We aim to have all items dispatched and delivered as quickly as possible.

 

Receiving A Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the goods delivered on receipt, you must check your delivery before signing for it. Should the couriers not let you check your delivery, please make sure you sign damaged so you can be covered by our couriers insurance. Couriers will not pay out on a claim once you have signed and accepted the parcel.

 

Additional Information

General Delivery

  • Some parts of mainland Scotland (examples include, but not limited to, AB31-56, HS, IV, KW, PA, PH, & ZE postcodes) may have a surcharge. This would be charged at the rate of "UK Zone B" in the table above.
  • Free delivery is to Mainland England, Wales and Parts of Scotland, if you are at all uncertain please contact us for clarification.
  • Free delivery is 2 – 3 working days if you require an upgrade please purchase next day delivery.
  • All deliveries are sent on a signed for service, our courier may leave the item with a neighbour or in a secure location if you do not wish for this to happen please inform us upon checkout.
  • Our couriers deliver between the hours of 8am and 6pm - however, this may change depending on area and/or country of residence.
  • Delivery speeds are a guide only, these may vary due to location, weather, natural disasters, transportation incidents, industrial action (such as strikes) etc.
  • If you pay for "Next Day Delivery", this means that the item is sent on a next day delivery service once ready for dispatch, not that the item will be with you the next day.
  • It is your responsibility to check the goods delivered on receipt, you must check your delivery before signing for it.
  • If you cancel an order after the item has been dispatched, we will charge £12.95 for delivery costs which covers what we are charged for sending the item to you, and also for it coming back. This will be deducted from your refund.

 

International Delivery

  • International deliveries are collected by our courier twice a week. The collection days are Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • We cannot ship batteries, fluids or any product containing liquids outside of the UK.
  • Due to EU law, we cannot - and will not under any circumstance - ship "Non-Type Approved" catalytic converters outside of the UK.
  • Long items over 1.5m will require cutting due to international length limits. We will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm that we can cut you item as it would invalidate any warranty, and will require some re-assembly when it comes to fitting. The item will not be dispatched until we have received confirmation that it is ok to cut.
  • Delivery speeds are a guide only, these may vary due to location, weather, natural disasters, transportation incidents, industrial action (such as strikes) etc.
  • "Next Day Delivery" is not available for international orders.
  • Heavy and/or "bulky" items may be surcharged by our couriers. We do not make any money on shipping fees. If our courier applies a surcharge, we will contact you prior to dispatching asking if you wish to pay the extra. The alternative would be to either arrange your own courier, or cancel and refund the order.
  • For any destinations not listed please contact us for a price. Customs and Excise duties vary from country to country; therefore any export price will be confirmed on order.
  • Our couriers only cover insurance up to £100.00. Anything more, will not be paid out.

 

Other Information

  • You will still have the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to pay the supplement quoted.
  • Please note we reserve the right to amend delivery charges to any destination, in which case we will notify you and you will have the option to cancel your order if you wish to.
