Returns Procedure
At Click Car Parts we strive to exceed our customer's expectations however we do realise that on occasion you may need to return or cancel an item you have purchased.
We offer a 7 Day no quibble return policy from order of the original date of purchase provided that the following criterion is met:
- We must be informed of any returns within 7 days of the original purchase date
- Any products returned must be in a re-saleable condition in original packaging with documentation as supplied.
- You will be refunded the entire purchase price (postage and packaging not included)
- Items must not have been fitted or tested on the vehicle
- Before returning any item a Returns Authorisation Number must be raised and can be obtained by contacting support@clickcarparts.co.uk
- Items must be returned to us at your cost with a Returns Authorisation Number within 7 days of original order date
- Items damaged ornot fit for re-sale may be subject to a surcharge
To obtain a Returns Authorisation Number please contact us on support@clickcarparts.co.uk and have your order number to hand.

Please note Click Car Parts will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure you have taken out sufficient insurance for you package.
All returns must be received within 7 days of supplying a Returns Authorisation Number.
On Receipt of the returned goods an inspection will be made and refunded at our discretion.
All returns must have a Returns Authorisation Number otherwise they will be refused.
