• We may provide Customer information to our contractors in order to provide services to you (i.e. to our couriers for delivery reasons)

Description of Parts

• All brochures, specifications, drawings, catalogues, descriptions and illustrations, application guides and information, price lists and other advertising matter are intended only to present a general idea of the Goods and Services described in them.
• We shall use reasonable endeavours to correctly describe parts and products. In any event of a product being incorrectly described or labelled Click Car Parts shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure of the description of parts.
• Parts must be fitted by a qualified mechanic and under no circumstances shall Click Car Pars ltd be liable for any consequential loss or damage due to fitting of parts supplied to the Buyer.

Delivery Policy

• We make every effort to dispatch your parts within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment
• On purchases made before 3pm we strive to deliver your goods before 4pm the next working day, although this is not guranteed
• Your parts will be dispatched to your registered Address unless otherwise requested
• You will receive a confirmation email that your parts have been dispatched
• Please make sure you provide your telephone number and where appropriate your vehicle registration (when purchasing a catalytic convertor)
• Please make sure there is someone in to sign for your delivery
• We use a third party courier service for all of our deliveries
• On multiple purchases your order may be split for logistical reasons again we will endeavour to deliver consignments within a reasonable amount of time
• In the eventuality that an item is out of stock we will notify you immediately and inform you of an estimated delivery time
• We shall use reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Click Car Parts shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
• We must be informed in writing within 3 days of delivery of any damages or shortage of goods. Failure to do so will free the company from any liability in this respect.
• Under no circumstances shall Click Car Parts be liable for any loss of profit or contracts or other consequential loss or damage on the part of the Buyer however caused.
