Exhaust Systems and Catalytic Converters
All Petrol catalytic converters with ceramic monoliths are guaranteed for two years. Steel Monoliths are guaranteed for three years. All diesel catalytic converters are also guaranteed for two years.
Braking Products
All braking products supplied by Click Car Parts are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 2 years from purchase.
Diesel Particulate Filters
Our Diesel Particulate Filter warranty covers the metal casing of the filter from the date of supply for a period of 12 months.
Returns on Faulty DPF's
Please be aware that in order to diagnose your Diesel Particulate Filter as a faulty manufactured item this has to be sent out for a diagnostics report. As is the nature of the product we have to determine by a third party what has caused the diesel particulate to fail. This may take up to 7 working days from date of collection but we strive to complete this sooner.
